Photos from Jo Ann's time teaching at the Fuzhou Foreign Languages School in Fuzhou, China (2001–2002)—the school's first native English-speaking American teacher, known there as Miss Jones. The gallery includes the First Foreign Language Festival (December 2001), with Miss Fang's all-school celebration: songs, dances, and the O. Henry play The Policeman and the Anthem, performed by her spoken-English class at a packed local cinema.

Later visits, the orphanage, morning exercises, and colleagues under the Irish-built bell tower are here too—as are reunions years later, when former students like Allen ("Soapy") and Barry (Cihan) came to visit On Layton.
